::: The Unsolved Mystery :::

Men always brag about being simple and straight forward. They brag about knowing all the right moves at the right time. They brag about their capability of making "things" under control. They brag about their different talents and amazing skills whatever they are. They brag about being on top of all areas of all aspects of life.

HOWEVER, The ONLY area they fail to succeed at; the ONLY area that they won't brag about even if they are on top of it; the ONLY area that they rather hide their skill than flaunt it.The ONLY area they fear is:
"" The area of "Showing Emotions" ""

:::Unsolved Mystery::: Men & Emotions:::
Last thought: Why is it always either "too soon & too corny to be true" or "too real but too late to have that magical effect" ?

love the cartoon , and to tell you the truth , i don't know about other men but as for myself i admit that i fail to show emotions in some areas , like love, happiness and sympathy !! i know i have feelings and emotions but i don't know how to express them well !
i guess we men need to learn alot from you women about "exploring" this area of showing emotions .

That's a cruel generalization...I mean, I am defiantly not a robot. A similar generalization that is women is that they express too much emotions and lack to rationalize their feelings, which make their male partners fail to understand their true motives. Now, don’t you think that’s cruel too?

    fallen angel:
Truth hurts!I know its generalized, However, I am sure that there are few exceptions here and there :) in both cases, yours and mine ;)

    purgatory:
    Why shouldn't they?

    the stallion:
Great! Some hope finally hehehe ;) Thanks

Because you're too early or too late, who said your timing wasnt the factor disrupting the occasion :)

Men dont show emotions...And a good thing for the most part, too! (for me)

I'm already too much of a drama queen. The last thing I need is my man getting all emotional with me.

There's only room for one emotional-whining-pms-er
*points to self* Numero Uno :p

    Unless they're good emotions, ofcourse.
    Then bring 'em on.
    Hehe.

    fuchsia spunk:
I quote "The last thing I need is my man getting all emotional with me." <-- LOL! I rather shoot myself!! hehehe

If you consider it a good thing though, then LUCKY YOU ;)

Question: Do you enjoy being a "drama-queen"?

    the 1509:
    Say's who? ;P

    Note:
Just for the record, when I say men's emotions, I'm ABSOLUTELY NOT including the 2H-emotions: The "I am Hungry" & "I am Horny"! ;)

men emtions ?? do you enjoy men crying like a baby on the phone for you to take him back then calling you a bitch and threatening to stalk you and destroy you life if you dont !! Trust me, its best that men keep their emtions to themselves.

Why do you, men, assume that men's emotions is nothing but a psycho in disguise?
No one wants a psycho nor a cry-baby.. A gentleman would be just Prrrrrrfect :) who knows how to put a smile on his lady's face and to tickle her feelings with nice true words from the heart :)

    mosan mosan:
    You think so?

    fonzy:
Hehehehe I know.. Believe me, I am a girl and I cant stand my "Drama-Queen" friend for so long..Dont get me wrong, I love her BUT sometimes I wish that she had a "mute button".. That would be NICE! *devilish grin*

cuteberry - this is why we as true gentlemen need to keep our mouth clothes and nod and agree to whatever you girls say. And always remind of how beatiful and fit you look.

Admit it girls idea of man expressing his emtions, is a girl hearing what she wants to hear, not how he truly feels !! :p

LOL! Loved your answer.. Has some truth in it but not all of it.. We like to hear what we want to hear..And DAMMIT! We wanna hear that the guy likes us (and we actually want him to like us)! But then again, once we feel that it's far from being from the heart, we won't wanna hear it any more :)

    Note:
    Wrong man+Right Emotions = SUCKS!
    Right man+Wrong Emotions = HELL!
    Right man+Right Emotions = HEAVEN!

What I mean is, its not just "the emotions" that we, girls, seek... It's the combination!

Hmm, I actually think men and women just express them differently. I mean women are generally known to show every bit of emotion is a dramatic way :P No matter how much we deny it there's always going to be some truth in that. And women tend to be much more complicated with emotions. We play those games ily if it goes like this, then its this, but if its that, then it means this, which leads to that! In a way we tend to draw conclusions from situations that might not exist, hence the dramatizing :P

I believe men are more straight-fwd with their emotions, much less dramatic.

I always loved the example of getting a haircut:
women: friend1: oh i love your haircut!
friend 2: yes it really brings out your eyes
    woman: really!? i don't think it's that nice, i mean it's a bit shorter than i expected/wanted
    friend1: nonsense!
woman: really!? so you don't think it makes my neck look shorter or fatter?
friend2: are you serious! if id die for a neck like yours!
woman: but it makes my nose look bigger
friend1: nonesense! i love your nose
    etc, etc, etc...

    men: friend: haircut?
    man: yeah

So ya, men might really be that simple :P
